Returns & Refunds Policy
At JLM Jewellery, we pride ourselves on the quality and craftsmanship of our handcrafted 925 silver and Moissanite pieces. Because each piece is handled with extreme care, we maintain a strict returns policy to ensure the integrity of our brand.
1. The 3-Day Inspection Window
Upon receiving your JLM piece, you have a 3-day window (72 hours from the time of delivery recorded by the courier) to inspect your item.

Reporting an Issue: If there is a manufacturing defect or an issue with your order, it must be reported to us via [Insert Email Address] within this 3-day period.

The Deadline: If an issue is not reported within 3 days of the delivery date, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted under any circumstances.
2. Condition for Return
To be eligible for a return within the 3-day window:

The item must be in the same condition that you received it.

It must be unworn, unused, and in its original luxury packaging.

Proof of purchase or your order number is required.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned:

Earrings: We cannot accept returns on earrings due to hygiene regulations.

Custom Pieces: Any bespoke or custom-ordered jewellery is final sale.
4. How to Start a Return
If you are within your 3-day window, please contact us at jlmjewellery.help@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
