OVERVIEW This website is operated by JLM Jewellery. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to JLM Jewellery. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

SECTION 1 - PRODUCT AUTHENTICITY & HANDCRAFTING

All JLM Jewellery pieces are handcrafted using premium 925 Sterling Silver and Moissanite stones. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations may occur between pieces. We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store.

SECTION 2 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

SECTION 3 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

SECTION 4 - SHIPPING & DELIVERY

JLM Jewellery is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been marked as "Delivered" by the courier. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a secure delivery location.

SECTION 5 - THE 3-DAY INSPECTION POLICY

By completing a purchase with JLM Jewellery, you agree to our strict inspection and return policy:

  • Finality of Sale: All sales are considered final after 3 days (72 hours) from the time of recorded delivery.

  • Reporting Period: Any defects, damages, or discrepancies must be reported to us within this 3-day window.

  • Lack of Report: If no issue is recorded or reported to our support team within 3 days of receipt, you acknowledge that the item was received in perfect condition. No refunds, returns, or claims will be accepted after this period.

SECTION 6 - PROHIBITED USES

In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.

 

SECTION 7 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

JLM Jewellery shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, arising from your use of any of our products.

SECTION 8 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
