At JLM Jewellery, we believe that true luxury shouldn't be rushed. To ensure the highest level of precision and brilliance, many of our signature 925 silver and Moissanite pieces are Made to Order.

1. Production & Delivery Times

Because our pieces are handcrafted specifically for you, our standard delivery window is currently 7–30 business days. although this sounds daunting we aim to get our products manufactured and shipped immediately. we do hold some products in stock so delivery is even quicker with them products.

  • Why the wait? Each stone is hand-set and every link is inspected to meet our elite quality standards.

  • Our Commitment: We are working tirelessly every single day to optimize our production process and bring these wait times down without ever compromising the "JLM Shine."

2. Order Tracking

As soon as your piece has completed its final quality check and is handed over to our courier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Domestic (UK):, Free over £100 or £4.99 flat rate

  • International: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that JLM Jewellery is not responsible for any custom fees or import taxes applied to your package.

4. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We cannot redirect packages once they have been dispatched. JLM Jewellery is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5. Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the courier immediately. Once a package is marked as "Delivered," JLM Jewellery is no longer liable for the shipment.
